This is an older Design by Prairie Schooler, that I stitched onto a natural colored linen. It’s attached with some old upholstery nails, onto a paddle that I cut out from some old repurposed wood, and then painted and distressed it. The piece measures 6” across, and 6 1/2” from the base to the top of the lollipop. Travel fare is 8.50.

Shamrock Drum **SOLD*

I stitched this drum on 35 count linen, with silk threads, and the sides and bottom are 2 coordinating Moda fabrics. The design is an adaptation of a Plum Street Samplers design. It is firmly stuffed with a mix of sawdust, crushed walnut shells, and a small amount of lavender giving it a nice soft scent. I’ve added some glass head pins and some vintage pearl buttons to the top. The drum measures 3 1/2” in diameter, and about 2 1/4” high, and it comes signed and dated. Travel fare is $8.50. I thought that these egg shaped measuring tapes would be perfect for this time of year. Sold*** Love Birds Ditty Bag

This sweet bag is so tiny! It measures only 9” long from the top of the strap to the bottom of the bag and 4” wide. I stitched this bag using a pattern from With Thy Needle and Thread. The linen is hand-dyed with just the right amount of staining and a few splotches here and there. It is completely lined with a tan and red fabric I had in my stash and backed with a beautiful red print. I added a bunch of preserved Sweet Annie **Flowers** that can be removed and a sweet mother of pearl button and bronze heart. Kindly asking $42.00 and $5.50 for travel fare.

Stitched Hearts Needle Minders ----ALL SOLD----

Each of these Valentines needle minders, which I created with my fellow stitchers in mind, is stitched on linen using overdyed threads, and is lightly padded with batting. The backs are completely covered with a matching fabric. They will stay firmly in place, either on your stitching, or will attach to any metal surface, such as the base of your stitching lamp, to hold your needles. I’ve used small rare earth magnets with these, and they’re even strong enough to hold a small pair of scissors. They measure 1 5/8” across, and travel fare is 4.00. I thought these measuring tapes would be perfect for Valentines Day. Each motif, most of which are from the BBD Sampler “Love One Another” is stitched with overdyed threads on linen, and the sides and backs of each are 2 different coordinating fabrics.
