Green Stitcher’s Box

I originally made a stitcher’s box for myself because I was tired of searching through my notions bag for what I needed. I loved mine so much I decided to make more to sell. This was made using the green and rose Threads That Bind fabric by Blackbird Designs. I’ve included a beeswax bar, two antique glass swirl pins, scissors with a strawberry fob, a tube for holding your needles, and a small glass jar with mother of pearl buttons. On the back of the box is a hidden magnet for your needles. It has two side compartments and the box closes securely with a zipper. It measures 7” x 4” x 2”. Prim Valentine

Very rustic, simplistic, adorable …Valentine heart displayed on a salvaged piece of tin roofing. Twine is attached for hanging. The heart is made from vintage music paper with just a touch of glitter bling. Dimensions are 7 1/2” W x 5” T. I have two made and available for purchase, each priced individually. Olde Raven Sachet

For your consideration, I have made these Olde Raven Sachets. They are made from osnaburg fabric that has been antiqued with walnut dye. Raven has been also antiqued with walnut dye, secured with a rusty pin and bell. I have tied black cotton thread around and tucked in a little piece of dryed tansy. The Olde Raven Sachet is filled with a cup of whole cloves and buckwheat. Smells wonderful. Perfect to add to a wooden bowl or primitive shelf. The sachet measures 6 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches tall. Pattern is from Walnut Ridge Primitives. I have a few of these to offer, I will ship for free in the United States. ALL SOLD!! Thank you!!

SOLDOld Made Pinkeep

I couldn’t resist making another one of these small pin-keeps from this awesome Old Made fabric. It is approximately 3” square x 1 3/4 high. I hand stitched vintage trim from my stash around the middle of the pinkeep. I made a tiny 3/4” wool pumpkin that is stuffed with wool pieces and I added it to the corner of each one. The pumpkin stem is a vintage turned glass, black pin, that is removable. (The pumpkin is firmly attached) I also added a safety pin with tiny beads. It is firmly stuffed with crushed walnut shells and is fairly heavy. It will come with a tiny pair of scissors and a pumpkin scissor fob. Kindly asking $46.00 and travel fare is $7.50

Vintage Fall

These vintage/prim boards bring fall to any decor! I've used recycled pine boards cut in various sizes and added vintage fall/Halloween scenes or sayings. Easily tucked onto a mantel, window sill or cupboard, they bring an added touch to the fall season. Black and pumpkin paint colors were used on all board, making a combination of boards a perfect blend. Click the picture to see additional choices. Since boards were cut randomly, sizes may vary slightly - the small boards are approximately 5" x 3.5", and the two larger boards are 6 1/5" long x 4.5" high. They are made to be free standing, but if you wish to have a hanger on the back I can add a hook. Patriotism and ditty bags go together perfectly! I stitched this bag using motifs from several different designers on a hand-dyed murky blue linen. It is lined with a beautiful black and taupe fabric and backed with a pretty brown fabric. I added a bronze safety pin with several mother of pearl buttons and tiny charm. I think ditty bags are my favorite thing to make! I’ve made several different versions of this bird bag but this is my favorite so far. The bag is lined with a beautiful red floral print with a 14” long gold strap. I added a bronze safety pin, several mother of pearl buttons and a tiny bronze charm. PendingQueen Bee Pinkeep Drum

Bees are everywhere this time of year and it seems that this year there are more than ever! I’m really excited about the way this drum turned out! She’s a queen of course, her crown shows her royalty. I added two glass head pins, a few straight pins, a pretty gold pin to match her crown, a bee charm, and some mother of pearl buttons. I’m including a pair of bronze scissors with a tiny, cream, strawberry fob. It is firmly stuffed with sawdust. Kindly asking $80.00 and $6.50 for travel fare.

* SOLD*Patriotic Stitchers’ Basket

I love making these sweet baskets! I used a pattern by Heartstring Samplery to stitch these patriotic flowers. The basket is made from a papier-mâché box that I padded and covered in fabric that is printed with words from the Constitution of the United States. I stitched tiny little xs around the top and down the side. I added some glass head pins, mother of pearl buttons and a tiny scissor charm. I am also including a pair of silver stork scissors and a velvet strawberry fob. It is approximately 4 1/2” x 2”. Kindly asking $80.00 and $7.50 for shipping.

Note Cards

Sets of note cards featuring wildflowers, native birds, and majestic moths. Click on the picture to see all the cards. This has been a partnership with my 12 year old grand daughter Harper. I make handmade paper using recycles and add various seeds from my garden for texture. Harper does the illustrations which are transferred onto the paper. We both share painting each card individually using water colors. The subtle paper colors may not show good in the pictures but there is a variety: earthy tan, lavender-pink, calendula yellow, and minty green. Dimensions for each card is 3.5"x5" and a blank paper is inside for writing and a brown kraft paper envelope is included.
