This is an overdyed wool strawberry all hand stitched, stuffed and then glued to a wooden base. I have sewn on some dyed cheesecloth underneath it then glued the whole thing down securely. The strawberry itself is 6” tall and 3” wide at the bottom and with the wood base the whole piece is 8” tall and the wood base is 4” wide. I have created a scissor fob for this as well. I’m sorry the pictures are not the best due to my lighting but I hope you can see how pretty the red wool is with the khaki metallic green beads I stitched onto it! This is a small all handsewn pouch made from an old piece of quilt I had and I lined it with some lovely polka a dot quilting cotton. The pouch has been stitched on and added bits of lace and a piece of lace added to the flap. I added a piece of sari ribbon to use as a tie to close it. I hand sewed a small overdyed wool strawberry and added small beads to it and a vintage button on top. You will also get the small paper mache covered journal that I have collaged and added a vintage photo on top. The pages are of a nice weight gray paper you can write or collage on too. Last I also made a scissor fob from some fun beads and added a large lobster clasp that should work on most embroidery scissors ( the scissors are not included). The pouch is 6” x 4”, strawberry is 2” long, the journal is 6“ x 4” and the scissor fob is 4” long with the clasp. More pics if you click the main picture and also on FB.
