I created this thread keep using one of my own designs. Stitched on overdyed linen using overdyed threads, it has a coordinating bee themed fabric for the back, and is completely padded with cotton batting. It measures 2 1/2” high, and 3 1/2” wide, and has 4 bone rings attached at the bottom to hold your threads. I created this scissors case using one of my own designs. Stitched on overdyed linen using overdyed threads, it has 2 different coordinating bee themed fabrics for the front and back, and is completely padded with cotton batting. The strawberry scissors fab is firmly stuffed with crushed walnut shells, and has a wool cap. The case measures about 3 1/4” wide, and about 4 1/2” high, and the scissors are included. Stitched Needleminders#10 SOLD

Each of these Needleminders, which I created with my fellow stitchers in mind, is stitched on overdyed linen, with overdyed threads, and is lightly padded with batting. The backs are completely covered with a coordinating fabric…click on photo to see additional picture of backs…some may differ slightly from photo. They will stay firmly in place, either on your stitching, or will attach to any metal surface, such as the base of your stitching lamp, to hold your needles. I’ve used the small rare earth magnets with these, and they’re even strong enough to hold a small pair of scissors. They measure 1 5/8” across, except for the one bee, which is 1”. The price for the large is $15 apiece, and the small is $10, and travel fare is $5 for all. When claiming, please indicate by number. Sorry, but no orders.

Sampler Bunny PinkeepSOLD

I’ve stitched this vintage looking bunny on overdyed linen with overdyed threads, and it is trimmed with vintage chenille. The back is a Moda fabric, and the Pinkeep is firmly stuffed with some crushed walnut shells added. It measures 5” by 3 1/2”. Gather Honey Strawberry PinkeepSOLD

Gather Honey Berry, is an Erica Michael’s design, which I stitched with overdyed threads on linen. The wool cap is stitched on and is topped with a bone ring, and some vintage dyed ribbon. It’s a nice size, measuring 4” from top to bottom, and about 2 1/2” across the top. I’ve firmly stuffed it with sawdust and crushed walnut shells, and I’ve added some vintage pearl buttons, and a few glass head pins. Quaker Bees Pinkeep DrumSOLD

This nice sized drum is my own design, stitched with silk threads on linen, and is firmly stuffed with a mix of sawdust, crushed walnut shells, and a small amount of lavender, giving it a nice soft scent. The sides and bottom are a Moda fabric, and I’ve added a few glass head pins, black mourning pins, a few vintage buttons, and a bee charm. My friend Jo Scholl created the cross stitch from Notforgotten Farm, and I completed the piece with a complementary binding and mounted it on a piece of heavy wool blanket. This wall hanging was created with a cross stitch piece by Jo Scholl, and then I carried out the theme by hand-stitching Grandma's Flower Garden quilt blocks using cotton fabric from my stash. I've always loved the subtle warm color combination of brown and blue. A complementary cotton fabric was used for backing. The piece hangs by a stick and crinkle ribbon.
