Witch Pinkeep Drum SOLD

This pinkeep drum is a Notforgotten Farm design, is stitched with overdyed threads on linen, and firmly stuffed with a mix of sawdust, and crushed walnut shells. The sides and bottom are 2 coordinating Moda fabrics, and I’ve added a few glass head pins and some vintage buttons. A pin holds a tiny pumpkin fob which measures 3/4” in diameter and is firmly filled with crushed walnut shells. The drum measures 3 1/4” in diameter, about 2 1/4 “ tall, and comes signed and dated. This spookie cat is a design by Handblessings Patterns. It’s a large drum measuring 5 1/2” x 4”, stands about 2 1/2” high, and is stitched on a deep orange overdyed linen with overdyed threads. The sides and bottom are 2 coordinating Moda fabrics, and I’ve firmly stuffed it with a mix of sawdust and ground walnut shells. 2 tiny pumpkin fobs which measure 3/4” in diameter hang from the side, and I’ve also added some glass head pins, and black mourning pins. Sold! This darling pillow is a Primitive Hare design stitched on her 40 ct Boleyn linen. It's stuffed with cotton batting and wool scraps and backed with hand-dyed wool. I covered my stuffing hole with a wool applique pumpkin. Chenille yarn finishes off the edge. Buttons and a few pins embellish. The tuck pillow measure 4.5" x 6.5". Kindly asking $55.00. Primitive Needle Stitch on Paddle. PENDING

This is a Halloween piece by “The Primitive Needle “ that I stitched on linen using overdyed threads. The stitched piece is stretched over batting covered chipboard, and I’ve attached it with some old upholstery nails, onto a paddle that I cut out from some old repurposed wood, which I painted and distressed. The paddle measures 4 1/2” across, and 7 1/2” high. Travel fare is $15 with tracking from Canada.

Another beautiful design by Blackbird Designs that I just had to stitch! The fall colors in this are absolutely gorgeous! It’s a good size, perfect for your extra pins! It is approximately 4” wide x 3” tall. I used a beautiful brown fabric from my stash for the side and bottom. It is firmly stuffed with sawdust to keep your pins and needles sharp. I added some glass-head pins, an antique blown-glass swirl pin, and a beautiful pumpkin pin by Pink Dragonfly Crafts on Etsy. I also added a safety pin with a mother of pearl button, tiny orange bead, and a tiny charm. All of my pinkeep drums are hand stitched and hand sewn. Kindly asking $95.00 and $10.00 for travel fare.

I love every single design from Blackbird Designs and I’m so happy I picked this one to stitch for this Halloween! It’s a big one! It is approximately 5” wide x 3” tall. I used a beautiful gray velvet for the sides and a black printed fabric from my stash on the bottom and some antique ricrac trim. The bone button and shoe button are antiques from my great Uncle’s thread mill in Fall River, Massachusetts that I visited often as a young girl. It is firmly stuffed with sawdust and crushed walnut shells. I added several glass-head pins, two that I created and one very special cauldron pin that I purchased specifically for this. Patriotism and ditty bags go together perfectly! I stitched this bag using motifs from several different designers on a hand-dyed murky blue linen. It is lined with a beautiful black and taupe fabric and backed with a pretty brown fabric. I added a bronze safety pin with several mother of pearl buttons and tiny charm.
