I absolutely loved stitching this design by La-D-Da, using over-dyed fibers. The board measures 10” x 4”. I added silk cording around the design, a bow and a vintage pin. Below the stitched piece I added a small black print pinkeep and attached a safety pin with two mother of pearl buttons and a silver scissors charm. Kindly asking $68.00 and $7.50 for travel.

Bunny pinkeep

Spring is almost here and I’m so excited to be able to see bunnies hopping around my yard soon. I created this sweet cross stitch bunny pinkeep using a pattern by La D Da, called Quilts and Quakers. Sold*** Love Birds Ditty Bag

This sweet bag is so tiny! It measures only 9” long from the top of the strap to the bottom of the bag and 4” wide. I stitched this bag using a pattern from With Thy Needle and Thread. The linen is hand-dyed with just the right amount of staining and a few splotches here and there. It is completely lined with a tan and red fabric I had in my stash and backed with a beautiful red print. I added a bunch of preserved Sweet Annie **Flowers** that can be removed and a sweet mother of pearl button and bronze heart. Kindly asking $42.00 and $5.50 for travel fare.

SOLDQuaker Pocket

This pocket was my favorite one to stitch! It was made using hand-dyed linen and threads and reproduction civil war fabrics for the lining, strap and back. It is 7 1/2” long and 6 1/2” wide with a 21” strap. I added a tiny velvet strawberry that is 3/4” long, stuffed with wool and topped with a green wool cap and vintage mother of pearl button. SOLD 1776 Hornbook

***SOLD Thank you I love anything that is patriotic! This 1776 hornbook was made using a pattern by Threadwork Primitives called Patriotic Pine. I used hand-dyed linen and threads and pretty, brown, reproduction civil war fabric for the bottom pinkeep. It is approximately 8” tall and 6” wide. I painted the board black, sanded it and then painted it a wonderful barn red to add to its primitive look; It was then sanded and waxed to make it smooth. I am asking $48.00 plus $7.50 for travel.

I am having so much fun creating things that are new to me this month! This wonderful coin purse was stitched using a pattern by Threadwork Primitives. It is fully lined and backed with beautiful fabrics I’ve had in my stash. It has a vintage looking frame for its closure and I’ve added an old mother of pearl button and a sweet little heart. I’m loving the colors of this season! Browns, creams, and oranges are all such warm and inviting colors. I used all of those warm shades to create this wonderful wall pocket. I cross stitched an angel using a pattern by Country Rustic Primitives and added a pocket made from reproduction fabrics. It is backed by a gorgeous brown civil war era reproduction fabric. This beautiful ditty bag was made with a chocolate brown reproduction coverlet fabric and lined and backed with beautiful French General fabric. I stitched a sweet little bee and attached it to the bag on top of two different blue wools. The bag is approximately 10” long x 5” wide.
