This wall hanging was created with a cross stitch piece by Jo Scholl, and then I carried out the theme by hand-stitching Grandma's Flower Garden quilt blocks using cotton fabric from my stash. I've always loved the subtle warm color combination of brown and blue. A complementary cotton fabric was used for backing. The piece hangs by a stick and crinkle ribbon.
