I absolutely love this design by Needlework Press. This design and the sentiment make me smile and fondly remember Christmases past. The beautiful green print on the sides is one of my favorite traditional Christmas fabrics to work with. It is approximately 4 1/2” across by 2 1/2” high and firmly stuffed with sawdust to keep your pins and needles sharp. SOLDAutumn Sound Pinkeep Drum

Another beautiful design by Blackbird Designs that I just had to stitch! The fall colors in this are absolutely gorgeous! It’s a good size, perfect for your extra pins! It is approximately 4” wide x 3” tall. I used a beautiful brown fabric from my stash for the side and bottom. It is firmly stuffed with sawdust to keep your pins and needles sharp. I added some glass-head pins, an antique blown-glass swirl pin, a beautiful antique blue button from my stash, and several bone buttons. All of my pinkeep drums are hand stitched and hand sewn. SoldThankful Pinkeep Drum

I am certainly Blessed and so very thankful for all of God’s Blessings that I couldn’t resist stitching this design by Lone Elm Lane. I decided to turn it into a large drum so it could hold many more pins and needles. The drum is approximately 5” across by 2” high. I added a really sweet handmade pumpkin pin by Pink Dragonfly Crafts on Etsy, some charms, antique buttons, an antique blown glass swirl pin, glass head pins and some vintage black straight pins. I firmly stuffed it with sawdust and crushed walnut shells. My drums are completely hand stitched and sewn. Kindly asking $95.00 and $10.00 for travel fare.

SOLD Witchy Sock Kitty Pumpkin Pinpoke

I’ve created this sweet and whimsical piece using one of my favorite wool sock kitties. She’s stitched from black wool and has a braided wool tail. Her eyes are vintage buttons and her facial features are hand stitched. She has a little wool witch hat, neck bow, and silver teapot charm. She is stitched atop one of my wool pumpkin pin tuffets, which I’ve trimmed with a wool quillie. About 9 inches tall and 6 inches across. It will come signed and dated. SOLDHats Off Pinkeep Drum

I love this design by Blackbird Designs so much I had to stitch it again. I stitched it on Picture This Plus Murky linen using the called for colors. It is approximately 3.5” wide by 2.5” tall. To the top, I added a silver eagle with red, white, and blue buttons, three black straight pins, and two glass-head pins. I stitched three tiny beads to the center of each flower. It is firmly stuffed with sawdust to keep your pins and needles sharp. For the side and bottom I used a beautiful patriotic red fabric with stars and waving flags. The strawberry is firmly attached and has an antique bone ring on its cap. I added two wool scalloped flowers, one blue and one cream. SOLD Quillie Wool Strawberry MakeDo

This is one of my fun rolled wool quillie creations, created with strips of wool rolled together. They combined quite nicely to complete this beautiful strawberry makedo. There are countless hours of work rolling and assembling this piece. The quillies are applied to the wool strawberry, and the green woolen stem is cut from army blanket wool. Its mounted on a heavy pewter candlestick base. I’ve added a vintage repro strawberry seed tag. A one of a kind treasure that should bring you joy for many years to come! Wool Strawberries...set of three

These three strawberries are made from wool and embroidery floss to sew on the caps. How sweet are these tiny bunnies?! I really enjoyed stitching this one. I used a beautiful French General fabric from my stash for the side and bottom and stitched some tiny cross stitches around the top and bottom edge. I added some glass-head pins to the top along with Mother of Pearl buttons, an antique pink glass swirl pin, and a tiny wool strawberry.
