SOLD Olde Crow and Snowman Bucket MakeDo

I’ve created this prim olde crow from heavy natural linen, stuffed him firmly, painted him, and sanded him to a well worn appearance. He's mounted on a makedo bobbin and barnwood base. His neck is wrapped with a woolen winter scarf and from the bobbin hangs an aged tag- Compliments of the Season. He's carrying one of my prim painted little snowman buckets. Frostbitten...

For your consideration...A grain sack snowman. Antiqued with age, glass bead eyes and mouth, adorned with antique shoe buttons and a loosely knitted wool scarf. He is also weighted. Frostbitten is approx. 10in tall x 9in wide. He is sold. Thank you!

Mouse Pinkeep

These sweet pumpkins are perfect for the season with that adorable mouse sitting on top! I have several of these available. The stems are real pumpkin stems so they will all be slightly different. The mouse is made from mohair and the pumpkin is a pretty cotton quilting fabric with a print that resembles tiny cross stitches. I made two large pins and added a few glass head pins and a silver owl charm. Kindly asking $70.00 and$10.00 for travel fare.

SOLD Prim Olde Autumn Fox

I’ve stitched this sweet autumn fox from hand dyed and deeply stained plush felt. He has antique shoe button eyes and a stitched nose and mouth. His arms are string jointed and his legs are stitched in place so he sits nicely. He’s trimmed with rusty jingle bells and a wool braided scarf. He's wearing a wool jacket. . He has a wool top hat and is carrying one of Matthew's log buckets. Just about 12" tall. He will come signed and dated. Prim Pea Hen

Last year, we had a wild Pea-Hen living in the neighborhood. I saw her almost every day, but she never returned after winter. I hope she just moved on, yet I still find myself looking for her every morning. I love this very primitive bird - She measures 16” long x 12” tall and is mounted on a very vintage oil can.

Folk Art Bird

~ Sold ~ I created this Folk Art bird with Spring in mind. This beauty is made from a lovely cream fabric with an offsetting breast and wings. Her wings are lined with french knots. She is perched in a vintage zinc canning lid and nestled with paper raffia. She measures a bit under 11" long x 5" tall. SOLD Olde Prim Seed Catalog Strawberry Rabbit Hanger

I’ve created this prim strawberry from natural linen. The berry is printed with a reproduction antique DM Ferry seed catalog print, painted, and very deeply aged. On the back I've stitched a linen patch. Its topped with wool greenery. Inside I've tucked an aged muslin rabbit.. It’s painted and aged. It has thread jointed arms, beady eyes, and stitched facial features. it has stiff corded whiskers and wired ears. It's just under 13 inches tall and hangs with a heavy cord. Prim Rooster and Hen pair

~ Sold ~ This awesome, prim Rooster and Hen set is made from a Cinnamon Creek pattern. Mr. Rooster measures 12” tall, his lovely sidekick chick is 8" tall. They are made from old grain sacks and come with embroidered and painted features. I attached a vintage clothespin and mounted it into an old frog flower holder on each fowl.
