SoldBella Bear and her Wool Tulip

***SOLD****Bella bear is a sweet all hand sewn short sparse lovely pale blonde imported German mohair fabric. She is lightly tinted using pan pastels to age her and she is 5 way disc jointed so all limbs and head move. She has been stuffed with premium fiberfill , wood wool and glass dads to weight her. She’s wearing a sweet vintage little doll dress I’ve aged with coffee stain and sanded spots and added a little wool patch. Her little bow on her head is simply added with a pin and can be removed if you so choose or I can sew it on if you like just let me know. I used a pattern from Tedsby by My Sweet Teddy. She comes with a little overdyed wool tulip I made for her to hold on to and I’ve handsewn it to her hand. I have tried to get accurate photos of her but hard during the cloudy Ohio days! * SOLD*Bernard Bear with Flower Appliqué Pincushion

***SOLD***Bernard is all hand sewn from a beautiful blonde longer imported German mohair fabric. He has handmade imported German glass eyes and is all 5 way disc jointed, so his limbs and head all move. I have tinted him slightly using pan pastels to age him. He has been heavily stuffed with premium fiberfil, wood wool, buckwheat hulls and glass beads giving him a weight of 1 pound 13 ounces! He stands at 13” tall to the top of his head, sitting he is 9 1/2” and his bottom is 5” wide. I’ve tried to get accurate pictures but it’s hard in these cloudy Ohio days so I hope you can see how lovely he really is. He is a beautiful golden blonde color. The pattern I used is a free one by Ria de Rooii, offered by an online site I follow. He comes with a lovely overdyed wool pincushion that I’ve appliquéd a flower on from a Sue Spargo pattern book and added some fun stitching to it. The pincushion is stuffed with crushed walnut shells and has a nice weight to it. The pincushion measures 6 1/2” x 4 1/2” and has a beautiful batik fabric backing matching the front base color wool. Color in person is much prettier too! Together they weigh a whopping 2 pounds and 12.1 ounces and I will have to charge more for shipping him (sorry I do try to keep my shipping as low as possible and do refund any overcharge of $1) If you have any questions please ask. I’ve stitched these sweet rabbits from plush felt, stuffed them firmly, and aged them with coffee and cinnamon to give them a grubby old time appearance. They have beady eyes, stitched nose and mouth, and heavy string whiskers. They are dressed in wool jackets trimmed with vintage buttons. A wool strip is tied in a bow around the neck. The ears are wired and bendable. It stands on a stained pine base. It carries a grubby handmade wool tulip. It's just about 13 inches tall including her ears. It will come signed and dated. I've stitched these prim olde time rabbits from a heavy vintage grain sack, stuffed them firmly, aged them, stenciled them on both sides as pictured, painted them with an aging coat of drab brown, and sanded them well for a worn and weathered olde finish. They have a stitched on bunny tail, beady eyes, and stitched mouth. Their whiskers are heavy stiff cord. Around their necks are a jute cord and a large rusty bell. Very prim and simply sweet. Prim Irish Pig and His Lucky Horseshoe

I’ve stitched these very sweet pigs from hand dyed minty green plush felt, stuffed them firmly and aged them for an old timey appearance. They have beady lil eyes and sculpted nose and mouth. Their arms are string jointed and their legs are stitched in place so they sit nicely. They have a curly wired pig tail. They're trimmed with rusty jingle bells and a wool ruffle around the neck. They're holding a prim painted and rusted horseshoe trimmed with a wool felt shamrock. . Their heads are topped with a cloth covered paper mache hat wrapped with a wool strip and a quillie. This piece is just over 11 inches tall. I’ve stitched these sweet mice from some beautiful Intercal mohair. They have beady lil eyes and stitched nose and mouth. Their whiskers are heavy cord. I've added them atop my sewing heart makedos. The hearts are stitched from vintage reproduction civil war cottons and mounted on a small rustic stained and painted candlestick.
