I’ve stitched this sweet wee old-style bunny from heavy linen, using an abundance of hand stitches. Head and ears are stitched in place. It's been stuffed firmly, painted, and heavily aged. It has beady little eyes and heavy cord whiskers. I’ve stitched it atop one of my prim osnaburg cabbages. Cabbage is stuffed firmly, and the leaves have abundantly hand stitched veins. It has been painted, stained, sanded and aged for a perfect old-time appearance. Such a beautiful piece, one of my favorites. Just under nine inches tall.
