Overdyed Wool Appliquéd Pumpkin Face Pillow/Bowl Fillers

This is a set of two overdyed wool pillow/bowl fillers I appliquéd fun pumpkin faces on them. These are not a pattern, I simply cut them each one out and created them as I went along! These are stuffed with premium polyfil and aren’t stuffed tight but nice and poofy. They can work as pincushions as well I’m sure, just not stuffed as tight as I do like the pumpkin stacked ones etc. This is for the set of the blue/teal faced ones. The tall oval shaped one is 7” tall and 5” wide. The square round faced one is 5 1/2” wide and 6” tall. Kindly asking $43 for the set which will include shipping. Brown Coverlet Ditty Bag

Can you tell I love creating these bags? This beautiful piece was created using a piece of brown coverlet that I had in my stash. It’s lined with a pretty summery cherry print fabric. I appliquéd a bright blue bird to the front and created a small bunch of cherries which I added to the top of the bag that matches the cherry lining fabric. It is approximately 9” long x 8” wide. Chinese Garden

This 17" x 17" originally designed mini quilt has been inspired from oriental style and color combinations, and reflects on the sentiments of when I traveled to China to adopt my daughter Lily Anna. The coins are machine stitched with Andover quilting fabric and handstitched to a wool background. The flowers are handstitched wool appliques along with hand embroidered vines. This reminds us to appreciate Mother Nature and all of her wonderful works of art in their simplest forms: the sky, trees, flowers, and butterflies. Part of a 12 Design series this pillow is handstitched wool applique on a durable homespun background. It is one of my original designs created for Lily Anna Stitches.
