Happy Valentine’s Day! I love doing wool appliqué so I couldn’t resist creating this special ditty bag for Valentine’s Day. It is made from 100% wool and the lining is a soft cotton flannel. Valentine Bowl Fillers

Valentine’s Day is celebrated with four complementary bowl fillers to keep for yourself or to be given to those special people in your life. Each pillow is sold separately, price listed is for one. I used variations of the designs from The Wooly Thread Company. The background for each pillow is recycled heavy linen feed sacks, and the appliqued designs are wool. I took advantage of edging and worn areas of the feed sack to get that primitive look as well as adding a bit of grunge to each pillow. Sold! Heart Pincushion

This month I created a 4 inch square pincushion featuring a primly stitched heart. The heart fabric is 100 % cotton and features a vintage style print. The solid background fabric is also 100 % cotton. The pincushion is stuffed with scraps of wool and cotton so it feels slightly heavier than if polyfil stuffing had been used. The piece is signed by me on a piece of twill tape sewn to the underside. The total price, which includes shipping is $24. There is only one available. Thanks so much for stopping by. Both SoldCrow Pumpkin Pinkeeps

I love creating for my favorite season! These wool pinkeeps were so much fun to create. Each one is made with a different shade of orange wool. I appliquéd a small wool crow on the bottom of each pinkeep. I made a pumpkin pin for each one and also added an antique swirled glass pin. Give Thanks

This is a wool applique wall hanging I designed using mostly my hand dyed wool. This year, especially, I want to GIVE THANKS for the many blessings afforded my family. The humble Pilgrims signify our country's beginning and that first Thanksgiving. I love the colors in that big, woolly pumpkin, Dimensions of the wall hanging are 21-1/2 L x 13-1/2 W. It’s never too late for bunnies! This sweet bunny tuck was made using 100% wools. It is stuffed with fiberfill for a soft weight and feel. It measures 7” x 7”. SOLDStitched Shamrock Pinkeep

So primitive! A really nice reproduction fabric combined with a primly stitched applique shamrock on a field of vintage linen, surrounded on the edges with hand stitched embroidery stitches, all come together in this sweet 5 inch square bowl filler or pinkeep. The backing is another great reproduction print and is signed by the maker. That’s me, of course! Local carded wool was used to stuff the pinkeep so your pins will be kept nice and sharp and rust free. It will be packaged nicely and shipped straight away. My studio is free of pets and smoke.

Winter Whites Floral Woolen Heart

I’ve stitched this heart from vintage creamy blanket wool. The front is finished with wool flowers accented with sparkling seed beads and appliqued leaves. It can be hung or used as a pillow. About ten inches across. It will be shipped via first class mail unless you request otherwise.
