The words say “Angels watch over thee.” The design is stitched by hand with a combination of appliqué and primitive cross stitch. The fabrics have been dyed to add a vintage charm. The areas surrounding the design have been quilted with cotton thread. The quilt will be signed by me on the back. It measures 10.5 inches by 14 inches. This sweet little pincushion features an appliqué deep red woolen mitten from hand dyed wool embellished with prim stitching and an antique button. The velvet has been tea-dyed and worn away in spots to give it wonderful vintage charm. It is stuffed with wool sheared right here in Pennslyvania. Made entirely by me for you. It measures approx.4” across. The under side is a piece of plaid wool.
