Harriet measures 11 inches tall and is stuffed with wool batting. All visible stitching is done by hand. Her hair is fashioned from a strip of dark brown wool fabric hand stitched to her head. Her dress is fashioned from reproduction civil war cotton fabric, gathered at the neckline, waistline, and hem sleeves with delicate small hand stitches. The dress hem is also stitched by hand. The fabrics used for the doll body and dress have been aged with dye with little worn spots added. Her sweet face was drawn with ink. She is signed with her name and my name as her creator. Betsy Primitive Cloth Doll

Betsy measures 8 inches tall and is stuffed with wool roving. Her face is delicately drawn with pencil and is barely visible as if loved off with lots of adoring kisses from her little girl. Her dress is simply fashioned with no frills from reproduction civil war cotton fabric. Her hair features a piece of wool roving sewn by hand to the top of her head while a piece of brown fabric covers the back of her head. The hem of her sleeves and the bottom of her dress are stitched by hand. She is signed with her name and my name as her creator. In her checked brown frock, Emma stands about 11 inches tall. Neckline, sleeve ends, and hem of frock are stitched by hand. With a simple sweet expression penciled in on her face, she would like to show you her precious cat. The cat is made from wool fabric and stuffedth wool batting. My sweet patriotic angel dolls have been stitched from muslin and cotton star fabric and are stuffed very firmly with fiberfil. They have been aged, painted, and well sanded for a perfect old time appearance. They have perfectly prim hand stitched facial features, and wispy hand dyed wool hair which has been stitched in place. Their skirts are ruffled patriotic ticking homespun fabric. Their wings are natural osnaburg. They carry handmade flags. The blue star angel carries a prim painted basket and the red star angel carries a muslin banner. They are both trimmed with shiny tin jingle bells. Their bloomers are natural cotton. They are perfect to display year round. They are just about 16 inches tall, and will come signed and dated. I’ve stitched this sweet doll from heavy linen. She has been painted, stained, sanded and aged for a perfect old time appearance. Her facial features are hand sculpted and painted. She has rusty jingle bell hair. A ruffled cotton print collar is tied around her neck. I’ve stenciled a basket weave bee skep design for her dress and a prim bumble bee is stitched to her front. Her boots are laced. About fourteen inches long. She will arrive signed and dated.
