This awesome, prim Rooster and Hen set is made from a Cinnamon Creek pattern. Mr. Rooster measures 12” tall, his lovely sidekick chick is 8" tall. They are made from old grain sacks and come with embroidered and painted features. I attached a vintage clothespin and mounted it into an old frog flower holder on each fowl. Sold Phoebe, the Song Bird

Phoebe is a sweet song bird who has been quite anxious for Spring to arrive! She stands 14” tall and is dressed in Civil War reproductions material with pantaloons underneath. She is fashioned from a Cinnamon Creek pattern and comes carrying a nest with an egg inside. Her velvet-brimmed hat is permanently attached to protect her noggin from the March winds. SOLD Prim Lil Strawberry Dolly

I’ve created this prim strawberry doll from natural linen with a reproduction antique seed catalog print. . Her head, arms, and feet have been stitched neatly in place. She’s stuffed firmly, aged, painted and sanded for a prim worn appearance. Her facial features are hand stitched and painted. She carries a wee prim painted basket. Her skirt, collar, and cap are wool and her hair is sheep’s wool, stitched in place. Her boots are laced. She’s just about 14 inches tall. Miss Mabel Baker

Miss Mabel Baker has been working long and hard so please take a look at all the photos so you can see the areas that show wear for your approval. She is made out of cotton and stuffed with cotton batting from my leftover quilting. She is stuffed hard, not squishy. Her dress and apron fabrics are reproduction 1800s fabrics that have been aged with black coffee dye. Her face and hair have been stitched on with brown cotton thread. All her visible stitching has been done by hand. Miss Mabel Baker stands 16 1/2 inches tall. Her neck was a bit wobbly so it has been reinforced from the inside, adding a little bit more character to her legacy. I am kindly asking $88 which includes her travel fee. She is handmade using my own design in my pet-free, smoke-free home.

Flannel Jane

So soft and squishy, Flannel Jane is so very primitive and perfectly plain. Her flannel dress has been aged with black coffee dye and stitched with little tiny stitches onto her body. Somewhere in her travels she snagged a hole in her bodice and had to be mended with a small piece of blue striped ticking fabric. It's all good though because since she has no face or hair, you can decide which side to display - the mended side or the other. Her little flannel dress has a frayed bottom edge. Cute as a button and ready for travel. I am kindly asking $35 which includes her travel fee. She was handmade by me using my own design in my pet-free and smoke-free home. The wall pocket she is sitting in is not for sale. I use it to hold my rug hooks :)

Miss Eliza stands 9 1/2 inches tall. Her face is stitched by hand as well as her hair. She wears a plain dress, a little bit tattered in all the right places, and all visible stitiching is done by hand. Her body is made from cotton and stuffed with local wool and shows signs of aging around the edges. Her fabrics have been aged with black coffee dye. Miss Eliza is sweet as can be and ready for travel. Kindly asking $58 which includes shipping. She was handmade by me using my own design in a pet-free, smoke-free home.

Her sweet face is stitched with cotton thread and her hair is made from a strip of wool. Her dress is made from a cotton ***fabric*** with brown flowers and stems on a cream background. The fabric has been dyed for a vintage look as well as the doll itself. She is stuffed with wool. She stands at 10" tall and at her elbows she measures 3" wide.
