***SOLD***.....Punch Needle 3-D Pumpkin Doll (Jaxson)

I am offering my newest design for consideration today....a little 3-D pumpkin guy figure/doll (I'm calling him Jaxson). Jaxson measures about 11" tall. His face and torso/hands are punch needled and the rest of the doll is weavers cloth. Jaxson is stuffed with natural cotton. I did however, make 100% wool britches for him to wear and he has a piece of twine as a belt. I have punched a high looped/fringed collar in the matching colors (purple/green/brown) to his hat and cuffs. I have sewn on each side of his pants, a miniature rusty bell and he also sports a larger bell on the top of his striped hat. Valdani and some DMC were used to punch this doll. He is signed and dated (but cannot be seen) on his lower front torso. Thanks for your visit to PHM today!

*SOLD* Strawberry Girl

Strawberry Girl is a veratile piece because her wool strawberry can be used as a pincushion as she sits on your work table. The strawberry is stuffed with ground up walnut shells to keep your pins and needles sharp. Her bonnet and dress are made from cotton reproduction fabric. As is usual with the construction of my dolls, the fabrics will show areas of age and some spots are worn away as if played with and loved for many years. With a nod towards the quirkiness of some antique dolls her legs aren't the same length although while she's sitting her modest dress covers them. Her face and hair are drawn on rather than stitched. She is 12 inches tall and filled with both wool stuffing and walnut shells in her bottom area to help her sit up straight on her own. Kindly asking $70 which includes shipping.

Valentine Doll

A sweet rag doll wearing a plain dress with a stitched heart. She is stuffed with "rags" and all visible stitching is done by hand. Her face has been drawn on and her hair is a strip of wool. Her stitched heart shows much brighter in the photo then it actually is. I've used some aging techniques to give the doll the appearance of having been lovingly played with in years past. Because of this you will notice that there are little places where the fabric has been worn out. These areas on the dress show much lighter in the photo then they actually are. She is 10 1/2 inches tall but does not stand by herself. Kindly asking $45 which includes shipping.

The turkey is also made from cotton fabric and stuffed with wool. The doll and turkey are my own design, marked with my initials, and made in my home. She has been aged a bit for character.
