My sweet Santa head, sewn from a Pineberry Lane pattern, is made out of a vintage feedsack that was stained, baked and sanded! His hat is out of overdyed red wool and all handsewn and sewn onto his head. I have needle felted wool locks around the hat rim and also at the bottom tip with a bell on the end. His beard is also wool locks and has been needle felted on and I stitched a small mouth with some embroidery thread. His eyes are vintage mother of pearl buttons. He is 7 1/4” to the top of his hat. His head is about 1 3/4” wide at the top and has been glued to a red vintage wooden thread spool. I have sewn on some wide rick rack along the bottom where I gathered the base onto the spool as I glued it down. If you have any questions please ask.
