Patriotic Drums

For your consideration, I have made these sweet little drums. Each made from paper mache boxes that I have covered with Americana paper and aged tobacco cloth. They are painted in barn red paint then gently antiqued. They come with a pair of primitive drum sticks. Sweet little drum to add to your Patriotic Decor. Add to a shelf or primitive cubby. Primitive Flag Pillows

Just in time for the upcoming 250th Anniversary I have made these sweet flag pillows. The vintage ticking pillows are made with vintage fabrics gently antiqued and filled firmly. The American Flag pillows are made from vintage flag material that has been gently antiqued. On the back of the flag pillows, I have used script fabric of the constitution. The pillows measure 8 inches by 5 inches. The ticking pillows measure 9 inches by 5 inches I have added waxed twine to each with an Americana ornament. Perfect for your Patriotic Decor. Sweet little Hand Made Patriotic Quilted Table Mat or Wall Hanging made from vintage scraps of wonderful RED, WHTE, AND BLUE to celebrate our Nations Birthday. I collected the cotton scraps and had them hidden away or a while and thought now was the perfect time to sew them into something wonderful. I’ve created these primitive trees in red, white, and blue, to celebrate our nation's 250th. They are felted hand dyed wool. The wool is fringed, wrapped on heavy wire, and added to a pine base. WOOLEN PLAID PURPLE "EASTER EGGS"

I love to recycle good cleaned materials turning them into new WHIMSICAL items with a happy purpose. Here is a happy little BASKET OF WOOLEN PLAID PURPLE EASTER EGGS. The 3 eggs were made from a pretty Purple Pendleton blazer that was at least 30 years old. It's been in my sisters closet, too small to wear, but the wool fabric was too pretty to part with. So we made some cute, stuffed EASTER EGGS, adorned them with some vintage buttons, and stowed them in a cute little white brushed basket. Perfect to display on your mantel or side table.
