I've created these extra prim hearts from heavy natural linen. They are stenciled with a sentiment of love for Valentines Day, or for every day. I've aged them deeply and added them to a bedspring or a wooden base as shown. I've added one of my aged wooden tags with clay lock. They're about 9-10 inches tall. They have been created by me, Denise Davis, in my smoke free, kittycat friendly home, a Sassafras Hill original. Prim Heart in Rusty Spring

***Sold Out*** Thank You. I love to decorate with old coffee stained and rusty pieces. This is perfect for your Valentines Day decor! The heart is made out of Osnaburg then painted and coffee dyed with cinnamon and vanilla. It's stuffed it with rags. I have added dyed cheesecloth, rusty pin, and dried sweet annie to it. Potted Wooly Pine Tree

I’ve created another small batch of my rustic woolen pine trees from vintage army blanket wool. They're fringed, wrapped on the wire stems, and attached to the pine base. They are mounted on a chunky pine base inside a heavy peat bucket which I've painted drab green . I've added a rustic paperclay angel, which I've aged and gilded. Just about 10.5" tall. Blue Striped Stocking

Blue is a favorite color of mine for winter decor. I thought it might be for you as well, so I stitched up three stockings from a blue striped cotton fabric that was dyed with cinnamon tea. The top opening is hand stitched with an old vintage button and twill tape loop added. Measures about 9 inches long, not including the loop, and 3 inches wide at the top. Kindly asking $12 each which includes the shipping cost. One or all three would make a darling addition to a garland for your mantle or window. Add to a wreath or even use as a gift tag on a package. I don't have any more of this fabric so these three are the only ones available. Handmade in my pet-free, smoke-free home.

PEACE Stocking

As the holiday season is upon us, my mind has gone to a holiday sentiment that seems even more poignant right now: peace. This deep red cotton stocking bears the word "peace" written free-hand in ink. The loop is made from cotton twill tape. So many uses for this stocking. Add to a wreath, garland or mantle filled with goodies, or use as a gift tag on a brown paper package tied up with string. I have been drawn to birds lately for some reason so I had to create something for the Christmas season with birds. This pinkeep is made of wool and cotton with special stitches around the wool pinkeep. The red “berry” pins are removable. The sweet red bird is stuffed with crushed walnut shells and the wool nest is stuffed with polyfil. I added an antique glass swirl pin, a charm and an antique porcelain button from my stash. **SOLD** Thank you so much! Welcome to my page this month! Thank you so much for stopping by! I will only have this one Christmas box set this month. Set of 3 paper mache boxes, which I have covered with hand selected festive Holiday Themed Fabrics. Each box is hand done, and no two will be exactly alike. I do cover all sides including the bottoms of each box with fabric. I have distressed, and aged them giving each of them a unique appearance. I have left the inside of each box plain without embellishment. I love the look of these fabrics! So perfect for the season! The bottom square box measures about 4" x 4". I used a faded looking green with off white kinda tree pattern fabric on the top, bottom, and sides, with a red, and white stripe fabric for the rim of the lid. The middle round box measures about 4" x 4". I used the red, and white striped fabric for the sides, top, bottom, and the lid, with the reindeer print for the rim of the lid. The smallest top square box measures about 3" x 3". I used the reindeer print fabric for the top, bottom, and sides, with the faded green print on the rim of the lid. All stacked together they measure about 11" tall. Perfect stacked, or tucked individually into your displays. I am asking $54.00 plus $6.00 shipping.I will send USPS Ground Advantage. (I am happy to send Priority if you prefer but there will be an additional cost.) I have been pleased with the transit times with the Ground Advantage thus far.) When I saw Primitive Homespuns Wool & Needleworks design I knew I needed to make some of these for gifts!
