**SOLD** A spring bouquet adds a smile to our faces and brings cheer. This miniature embroidery design comes from Summerhouse Sewing and is mounted on an old piece of tin roofing up-cycled from an old chicken coop on our farm. Dimensions of the tin are 6" H x 6 1/2" W. A piece of twine is used for handing. The embroidery piece is mounted on a sheet of my handmade paper with flecks of mint complementing the pale green color. Stitched free-hand with premier cotton Valdani thread on a tan fabric background that has been aged for some extra prim goodness. The backing of the pincushion is a repro civil war cotton fabric signed with my initials. Stuffed with Pennsylvania sheep's wool. Measures 6 x 4 inches. Made in a pet-free, smoke-free home. Be Mine pincushion

"Be Mine" is primly stitched next to an old red heart with raw edges tucked in - no fraying around the heart - and set off with a vintage mother of pearl button. The fabrics have been aged and show slightly more depth in person than the glare of photo reveals. Stuffed with 100% wool from Pennsylvania so it can double as a pincushion to keep all your pins smooth and sharp or be used to fill a bowl or basket, or tucked in next to a vintage doll. Embroidered Valentine sold

** SOLD ** This month I’m deviating from my typical **Wool Applique** offerings and experimenting with embroidery displayed with a primitive theme. This lovely heart is made with 100% linen and embroidered using a variation of a pattern from Why Not Stitching. Blue Bird * SOLD

** SOLD ** The blue bird is made from hand dyed wool with a bit of grunge added to give a prim look. I love this bird so much that I have two in my home! Spices were used in the grunge process which will give a lovely cinnamon/clove scent to your home. The stuffing is polyfill. The pattern came from a very early issue of Primitive Quilts and Projects. SOLD! ForgetMeNot pillow

With Valentine's Day approaching and our hearts turning to those we cherish, I have made for you a sweet little prim pillow featuring the humble flower with so much sentiment attached, the forget-me-not. The applique designed is stitched on a piece of aged linen, with a mix of cross stitches, fabric applique, and old buttons. The pillow measures 7 inches by 7 inches and is stuffed with scraps of wool fabric and wool batting. It has a slightly heavy primitive feel as a result of the wool stuffing. The purchase price includes shipping and kindly asking $57. This item has been handmade in my pet-free, smoke-free home tucked away in the rural hills of Berks County, PA. Christmas Candy Cane SOLD

**SOLD** The inspiration for this wall hanging comes from a Christmas quilt block book I've had for many years. The candy cane was machine pieced and then attached to a tattered piece of burlap feed sack. Woolen pennies at the bottom add an additional festive design element. A very prim stitched pillow that features a black crow sitting under sunflowers. French knots and cross stitches in cotton thread are worked on a piece of dyed linen. Strawberry Basket bowl filler

Stitched on an old piece of linen that has been hand dyed is this sweet little strawberry plant sitting in a basket. I've used a combination of applique and prim stitching to create this piece.
