I’ve stitched this folky prim elephant from heavy linen fabric, aged it, painted it, and sanded well for a weathered old time finish. It has a fabric 1776 star design stenciled on each side. He has a linen painted sailor hat. Very prim and simple. About 12 inches long and 9 inches tall, not including the hat. Created with many loving stitches in my smoke free home, a Sassafras Hill original. *tis spoken for, thanks very much*

He has a small patriotic drum and a small red wool tie. He stands about 14 inches tall, and is mounted on a heavy rustic pine base. Her wings are natural osnaburg. She carries a wee prim painted basket. Her bloomers are stitched from a vintage cotton napkin. She’s perfect to display year round.
