Early Style Handwork Primitives
Hello! My name is Lisa DiIsso. I am from Massachusetts. I am so honored to be a member of Primitive Handmades Mercantile! My passion is creating art that our grandmothers would have done on a daily basis out of necessity! My grandmother and Mom shared with me their love of knitting and crocheting! I love all things old and primitive! You never know what you might find on my offerings page! I love it all--cross stitch, embroidery, needle and rug punching, rug hooking, rug braiding, needle felting, doll making and quilting!
Thank you so much for checking out my page! I accept Paypal.

Cross Stitch I created and placed on this fantastic antique noodle rolling pin! It is a smaller size rolling pin, measuring 11 1/2" long. The pattern is by The Little Stitcher, and the linen was created by Nat Willis. Thanks for checking out my page! US Shipping is $6.00. One sold, one more available!
I'm so happy with the way this came out! I stitched the piece on Nat Willis' linen. The pattern is from the Sampler Maker's Farmhouse. I attached it to a wonderful wooden box that opens for storage! Shipping on this piece is $6.00. Thanks for visiting my page! I would consider taking orders on this item.
Love this pattern from Notforgotten Farm. This turkey is embroidered onto linen and placed in a great wood grain look frame with a hanger at the top. I have backed it with wool. The piece measures 5" around. Shipping for this piece is free. I would consider taking orders on this. Thanks for visiting Main Street Primitives' page! SOLD ~ Thank you!
Here is a Thanksgiving combination up for your consideration! The pillow is from a Country Rustic Primitives pattern. I have made a flat pillow and trimmed it with eyelash yarn. It is on stained linen from Nat Willis. The muslin turkey bowl filler I created is painted and aged with cinnamon--it smells wonderful! The pillow measures 6 x 9" and the turkey measures approx. 7" across. Thanks for checking out my page!! US shipping will be $5.00. SOLD, thank you!
I love this pattern! I need to make one of these for myself! :) This Give Thanks pattern is from The Primitive Hare! I have placed it in an antique 6" x 8" wooden frame found on one of my antiquing adventures! Shipping will be $5.00. I would consider taking orders on this, but the frame will be something different in my stash! SOLD ~ Thank you!

For this sale item, I have included two of my passions--knitting and stitchery! I have hand knit two red wool child-size mittens for display alongside this Mittens cross stitch bowl filler! You get all three items! The Mittens cross stitch is my own design! I have filled the small pillow with walnut shells--it has a nice weight to it! It is stitched on linen by Nat Willis that has snowflakes printed on the fabric. The pillow measures 3 1/2" x 7 1/2". Shipping on this item will be $4.00. SOLD ~ Thank you!!
I love to make dolls, especially Santas! This special prim Santa is holding a wonderful Christmas Joy pillow, pattern by Country Rustic Primitives. His beard is made from flax and his coat is edged with vintage crochet lace trim. US shipping will be $5.00. Thanks for checking out Main Street Primitives' page! SOLD—thank you!!
Such a cute design by Brenda Gervais. This little framed piece (in a wood-like hanging 3" frame) would be great as part of tabletop display or as an ornament. The stitches on this one are teeny tiny! I would consider taking orders on this! US shipping is free! Thanks for checking out Main Street Primitives' page! SOLD ~ Thank you!
