Welcome to my May update!
Spring is in full swing and my garden is planted! Now to weed and keep things going! Hope you're all enjoying your spring and those with some of these awful storms sending you all prayers to be safe!

I have several new idea pieces available tonite. They're each one different and one of a kind. I'm hoping you'll find one you like! Thank you so much for stopping in to PHM!!

As each monitor is different, so can the colors be possibly a bit darker or lighter than they may appear depending on your particular monitor. ***SOLD***Scrappy Quilt Flower on Fabric Covered Paper Mache Box with Scrappy Quilted Heart Pincushion
***SOLD***My first offending is a paper mache box I’ve covered with Moda fabric, tinted with a permanent ink pad and then sealed it. It has a scrappy quilt flower I created out of pieces of vintage antique quilt bits I have had and added a vintage flower button on top. The flower has been carefully glued in place on the top of the box! The box measures 4” x 4”. It will come with a sweet heart pincushion I’ve made of another piece of vintage quilt and it’s been hand sewn and carefully stuffed with premium stuffing. To it I have added bits of old vintage tatting and other trim as well as some vintage buttons and glass head pins. The quilt pieces are old and fragile but I have carefully hand sewn everything and just know they may ravel etc…The flower on top of the box is about 5 1/2” wide. The heart pincushion is 5” tall and at the widest part 4” wide. It will fit nicely inside the box and I will ship it like that. I’m kindly asking $65 for the set and $5.50 for shipping. My round shape blue, grey, cream scrappy quilt flower has been all hand sewn from a vintage quilt and is ready for you to wear on a jacket, a hat, perhaps a bag, or add to a fabric or junk journal cover! It would also look nice in a bowl as a bowl filler with other pieces. I’ve sewn on a pin back and signed the back as well. This flower is 4” wide and about 5 1/4” long . This is created from an old vintage quilt so it’s not perfect and can possibly fray etc so please be aware of this! I have tried to get the colors as clear as possible but had to take pics inside under my sewing room flood lights. The colors are true in my pics but may vary on your devices. I have more pictures on my FB and IG pages as well. Kindly asking $25 which will include shipping in a padded envelope. Thank you for stopping. If you’re interested in more than one of these flowers I do have some more of this quilt available and can create another one similar to this one but each one will always vary in color etc some.
