**SOLD** Thank you so much!!! "Amos" A Special Valentine's Bear

**SOLD** Thank you so much!! Thank you so much for stopping by my page this month! Meet "Amos". He is another of my One-Of-Kind bears. He does come with the box he is sitting on, the small heart box, and his little BEAR blocks. He is quite a happy bear; bringing a smile to everyone's face with his sweet expression and witty stories. He has been entertaining the other bears while they all enjoyed their tea, and biscuits with jam. "Amos" is very excited to find his forever home. All the other bears have been telling him about their journeys, and he is excited to begin his.(I even heard he would love to be adopted by someone that lives in snow country.) First his extras. I hand select the fabrics I use on my boxes. Each box is hand done, and no two will be exactly alike. I do cover all sides including the bottoms of each box with fabric. I have distressed, and aged them giving each of them a unique appearance. I have left the inside of each box plain without embellishment. I used a pretty red with white polka dot fabric to cover the square box he is sitting on. (I thought the color went perfectly with him!) I used a pretty fabric with tiny hearts on it for the rum of the lid. The box measures 5 inches x 5 inches. I handmade his BEAR blocks. I used 1 inch wood blocks which I painted red, and aged to look old. I added the letters to spell BEAR on the front, and permanently attached the blocks in the stack. The stack measures 4 inches. He also has a small heart box. I used a white with small red hearts fabric for the top of the cover, and bottom.and a red with small white polka dots on the side. I used a plain red fabric for the lid. I think all 3 go so perfectly with little "Amos"! For "Amos" I used German mohair in lovely shade of red for his arms, legs, snout and ears. I used a black German mohair for his head, and body. I hand stitched his nose, and mouth, and gave him glass eyes. I used a red and white ticking fabric for the insides of his ears. I gave him a couple of thin patches; one on his tummy and one on his head. I gave him a few areas of repair stitches; tummy, head, foot, and arm. I also gave his some subtle hand shading here, and there to give him more of an "old bear" look. I gave him an appliqué red wool heart on his chest, and a simple silk sari ribbon around his neck. He is all lovingly hand stitched, and generously and firmly rag stuffed with some steel shot added for weight. (He does weigh in at 13 ounces.) His head is firmly stuffed with a good poly fill for dimension. His head, arms, and legs are all stitched into place. He sits well on his own. I so love bringing these bears to life. I have the idea in my head, but never know quite what they will look like when finished. He measures about 9 inches to the top of his tallest ear, and about 5 1/2 inches at his widest point. "Amos Bear" will come with tags signed by me. He is an adult collectible, and also the extras I have included, and not meant for little hands. ~ Am asking $168 plus $8.00 USPS Priority Mail Shipping for “Amos”, and all his "extras". **SOLD**Thank you so much! "Miss Holly" Christmas Bear

**SOLD** Thank you so much! Seasons Greetings! Thank you so much for stopping by my page this month! Meet "Miss Holly". She is another of my One-Of-Kind bears. She favours raspberries, and strawberries with a bit of honey, and loves a good cup of tea with them. She gets along with the other bears, and is well liked. She does have a slightly mischevious side so does need to be watched, as she can get into a bit of trouble. She is excited to find her forever home. All the other bears have been talking to her about their journeys, and she is excited to begin hers. I chose a lovely vintage wool plaid, repurposed from a jacket for her body, and insides of her ears. I used a beautiful German mohair in a pretty light tannish color for her, arms, legs, head, and outsides of her ears. I hand stitched her nose, and mouth, and gave her pretty glass eyes in an olive color. I gave her a simple silk sari ribbon around her neck in a pretty green color. She is all lovingly hand stitched, and generously and firmly rag stuffed with some steel shot added for weight. (She does weigh in at one pound.) Her head is firmly stuffed with a good poly fill for dimension. Her head, arms, and legs are all stitched into place. She sits well on her own. I so love bringing these bears to life. **SOLD** Thank you so much!! "Miss Carolyne" A bear For All Seasons

**SOLD** Thank you!! Thank you so much for stopping by my page this month! Meet "Miss Carolyne". She is another of my One-Of-Kind bears. I started out thinking I was making a Christmas bear, but "Carolyne" had different ideas. She saw a red wool heart on my work table, and insisted she have it to wear. I think it looks perfect on her, and she was very pleased. I used a beautiful German mohair in a pretty Carmel brown color to create her. I love her ears. I thought they were so expressive. I hand stitched her nose, and mouth, and gave her reproduction black shoe button eyes. I gave her a few subtle hand shaded details. I made a collar for her from an old leather belt. I added a red ribbon to her collar, and hand stitched on a few tiny rusty bells. I hand stitched her red wool heart, and added the letters XO. She is all lovingly hand stitched, and generously and firmly rag stuffed with some ground walnut shells added for weight. Her head is firmly stuffed with a good poly fill for dimension. Her head, arms, and legs are all stitched into place. She sits well on her own. I so love bringing these bears to life. I have the idea in my head, but never know quite what they will look like when finished. She measures about 10 1/2 inches to the tops of her ears, and about 6 inches at her widest point. She weighs just over a pound. "Carolyne" is a quiet, and pensive bear. (She heard the other bears whispering about her ears, and it made her a bit sad. I told her she was beautiful, ears and all.) "Carolyne” Bear will come with tags signed by me. She is an adult collectible, and not meant for little hands. ~ Am asking $148 plus $9.00 USPS Priority Mail Shipping for “Carolyne”. I hand stitched his nose, and mouth. I love the wear on his muzzle. I gave him a bit of shading around his eyes with PanPastels. I made a collar for him from an old leather belt. I added a cloth ribbon, 2 small rusty bells, and the letter T, for "Tobias". He is all lovingly hand stitched, and generously and firmly rag stuffed with some ground walnut shells added for weight. His head is firmly stuffed with a good poly fill for dimension. His head, arms, and legs are all stitched into place. He sits well on his own. I so love bringing these bears to life. I have the idea in my head, but never know quite what they will look like when finished. He measures about 9 1/2 inches to the tops of his ears, and about 5 at his widest point. He is a happy, gentle soul. A bit quiet maybe, but a delight to have around. He gets along well with the other bears, and enjoys a good game of Rummy with blueberries as the prizes. I made him the box he is sitting on. It will come with him. It measures 5 inches x 5 inches and is paper mache. I used some of the same ticking fabric I used for the insides of his ears on the sides of the box. I used a black with off white polka dot fabric for the top, and bottom of the box, and some black with off white stripes fabric for the rim of the lid. I hand stitched some larger rusty jingle bells to a strip of fabric around the middle of the box, and added a neat label to the front. I did not embellish the inside of the box. I left it plain.
