SoldBella Bear and her Wool Tulip

***SOLD****Bella bear is a sweet all hand sewn short sparse lovely pale blonde imported German mohair fabric. She is lightly tinted using pan pastels to age her and she is 5 way disc jointed so all limbs and head move. She has been stuffed with premium fiberfill , wood wool and glass dads to weight her. She’s wearing a sweet vintage little doll dress I’ve aged with coffee stain and sanded spots and added a little wool patch. Her little bow on her head is simply added with a pin and can be removed if you so choose or I can sew it on if you like just let me know. I used a pattern from Tedsby by My Sweet Teddy. She comes with a little overdyed wool tulip I made for her to hold on to and I’ve handsewn it to her hand. I have tried to get accurate photos of her but hard during the cloudy Ohio days! * SOLD*Bernard Bear with Flower Appliqué Pincushion

***SOLD***Bernard is all hand sewn from a beautiful blonde longer imported German mohair fabric. He has handmade imported German glass eyes and is all 5 way disc jointed, so his limbs and head all move. I have tinted him slightly using pan pastels to age him. He has been heavily stuffed with premium fiberfil, wood wool, buckwheat hulls and glass beads giving him a weight of 1 pound 13 ounces! He stands at 13” tall to the top of his head, sitting he is 9 1/2” and his bottom is 5” wide. I’ve tried to get accurate pictures but it’s hard in these cloudy Ohio days so I hope you can see how lovely he really is. He is a beautiful golden blonde color. The pattern I used is a free one by Ria de Rooii, offered by an online site I follow. He comes with a lovely overdyed wool pincushion that I’ve appliquéd a flower on from a Sue Spargo pattern book and added some fun stitching to it. The pincushion is stuffed with crushed walnut shells and has a nice weight to it. The pincushion measures 6 1/2” x 4 1/2” and has a beautiful batik fabric backing matching the front base color wool. Color in person is much prettier too! Together they weigh a whopping 2 pounds and 12.1 ounces and I will have to charge more for shipping him (sorry I do try to keep my shipping as low as possible and do refund any overcharge of $1) If you have any questions please ask. Bear my Valentine...

Antique well loved bear. Mohair, jointed, excelsior stuffed, one shoe button eye, I used old fabrics and buttons for his overalls, I believe he has an old nonworking growler inside and he is holding a prim stitched heart. Bear is approx. 13 inches tall from his toes to the tip of ear. His is sold. Thank you!!

(*Please remember to click on main image for additional pictures.*) I used German mohair in lovely shade of what I am calling caramel. This is another one of my favourite mohair colors. I hand stitched her nose, and mouth, and gave her handmade glass eyes in a gorgeous olive colour. I used a brown with black fabric for the insides of her ears. I gave her some subtle hand shading with PanPastels here, and there to give her more of an "old bear" look. She measures about 9 inches to the top of her head, and about 6 1/4 inches at her widest point. I added silk sari ribbons around her neck to complete her look. She is all lovingly hand stitched, and generously and firmly rag stuffed with some steel shot added for weight. She weighs in at just over a pound. Her head is firmly stuffed with a good poly fill for dimension. Her head, arms, and legs are all stitched into place. She sits well on her own. I so love bringing these bears to life. SOLD Primitive Bear Pillow

**SOLD** Thank you! This is my own design Primitive "Bear" head pillow. I used German mohair for this sweet little bear head. I have lightly stuffed it to give it a bit of dimension. I added glass bead eyes, and some subtle shading with PanPastels. Hand stitched nose, and mouth. I added a bit of over dyed wool in a brick red colour, and a small silk sari ribbon bow. All which I have hand stitched on. The bear head is all hand stitched to the front of the pillow. The pillow is made from a heavy duck like fabric, which I have aged a bit. It is firmly rag stuffed, and has a bit of weight to it. I love the feel, and weight of rag stuffed pieces. The pillow measures about 9 inches x 5 1/2 inches. I don't make these often, kinda when the mood strikes. I think he is festive enough for the season; but could be out year round as well. They are all one of a kind as they each turn out different. I used a pattern I drafted several years ago for him. "Barnaby" is excited to find his forever home. He has been having lots of conversations with the other bears, but still a bit reticent about traveling in a box. They assured him all would be fine; he just needed to take plenty of chocolate for his journey. I used German mohair in 2 different colours for "Barnaby". I love this combination! His nose and mouth are hand stitched. He has beautiful handmade glass eyes. I used a brown with cream flower print for the insides of his ears. I gave him some subtle hand shading here, and there to give him more of an "old bear" look. I added silk sari ribbons around his neck, and stitched on a 3 rusty jingle bells. He is all lovingly hand sewn, and generously and firmly rag stuffed with some steel shot added for weight. He is a heavier bear weighing in at nearly 2 pounds. I like the substantiall feel he has. Each box is hand done, and no two will be exactly alike. I do cover all sides including the bottoms of each box with fabric. I have distressed, and aged this box giving it a unique appearance. I made this box to go with "Rufus" using the same fabric as the insides of his ears. The box measures 6 inches x 3 inches. For "Rufus" I used German mohair in light tan. It was the perfect selection for this bear. I wanted him to look old/antique loved look. I did give "Rufus" a few worn spots; on his tummy, head, and upper back. His nose and mouth are hand stitched. I used beautiful handmade glass eyes in an olive colour. I used a blue calico fabric for the insides of his ears. I gave him some subtle hand shading here, and there to give him more of an "old bear" look. I added silk sari ribbons around his neck, and stitched on a single rusty jingle bell. SOLD "Miss Annabelle" An Autumn Bear

**SOLD**Thank you so much! Fall was in the air this month, and this gorgeous mohair inspired me to create "Miss Annabelle". She is another of my One-Of-Kind bears. She comes with the box she is sitting on, and the wool pumpkin. *Please remember to click on main image for additional pictures.*"Annabelle" is very excited to find her forever home. She is quite intrigued with the prospect of travel, although the travel in a box is causing her a bit of pause. All the of the other bears assured she would be fine providing she took enough chocolate with her. First her extras. I hand select the fabrics I use on my boxes. Each box is hand done, and no two will be exactly alike. I do cover all sides including the bottoms of each box with fabric. I have distressed, and aged this box giving it a unique appearance. I have left the inside of this box plain without embellishment. I used the same fabric I used for the insides of her ears to cover the top and sides, a black stripe ticking fabric on the edge of the lid, and plain black on the bottom. The box measures 5 inches x 5 inches. I handmade her wool pumpkin, and added a real stem. it measures about 3 1/4 inches x 4 1/2 inches, and is weighted so it sits nicely. For "Annabelle" I used German mohair in lovely shade called bronze. I think it is a perfect colour for Fall! I hand stitched her nose, and mouth, and gave her glass shoe button eyes. I used a black and cream calico fabric for the insides of her ears. I gave her some subtle hand shading here, and there to give her more of an "old bear" look. I added silk sari ribbons around her neck, and stitched on 3 rusty bells. She is all lovingly hand stitched, and generously and firmly rag stuffed with some steel shot added for weight. She weighs in at over a pound so she is a solid girl. Her head is firmly stuffed with a good poly fill for dimension. Her head, arms, and legs are all stitched into place. She sits well on her own. **SOLD** Thank you so much!! I am offering my sweet little Strawberry Bear this month. He is another of my One-Of-Kind bears. He comes with the small oval box he is standing on, and the wool strawberry he is holding. He is not attached to tn box. I used German mohair in a pretty red color to create him. ( I love the look of this mohair!) I hand stitched his nose, and mouth, and he has glass bead eyes. I gave him some subtle hand shading with PanPastel. I made the strawberry he is holding from vintage wool. He, and his little strawberry are both lovingly hand sewn. His head, arms, ears, and legs are all stitched into place. He is weighted slightly, and meant to stand; although he does not stand on his own. He will need to lean, or be propped. I made him a leather collar, and added two rusty bells on a rusty safety pin to it. He insisted on holding the wool strawberry I made for him. I have stitched his little paws to it, so he can hold it comfortably. He measures about 7 inches high, and about 3 inches at widest point. He selected the Civil War Reproduction fabric for his little box. The small oval box measures 1 1/2 inches x 3 inches.I do cover all sides including the bottoms of each box with fabric. I have distressed, and aged it giving a worn old appearance. I have left the inside of the box plain without embellishment. Wee Strawberry Bear will come with tags signed by me.
