This civil war era pinkeep was originally called a Buckshot Pincushion because during that time woman used buckshot to fill them. They were made from remnants of quilt and dress fabrics. This pinkeep was made from 100% wool and stuffed with crushed walnut shells. It is 7 1/2" across and 3 1/2" tall. It will come with two "penny" pins, also made from wool and I've added 2 mother of pearl buttons. Kindly asking $65.00 and $5.00 for postage.
