I’ve created this sweet and whimsical piece using one of my favorite hand done wool sock kitties. He’s stitched from black wool and has a braided wool tail. His eyes are vintage buttons and his facial features are hand stitched. He is stitched atop a large coverlet pin tuffet, stuffed with fiberfil and trimmed all around with rusty jingle bells. A rusty heart bell dangles from his wool collar. I've trimmed it with a vintage red button. The pin tuffet is adorned with a wee reproduction cotton print heart, vintage buttons, and a rusty lock tag. . Simple and sweet. Just about nine inches tall and seven inches across.
