Loving this little pillow that measures 8" x 5 1/2". I used Blackberry Primitives amazing hand-dyed linen for the front and back. The flower head has a quillie brown center and is surrounded by hand-dyed mustard wool petals that are stitched in place. The leaves are pleated at the point where I stitched them to the stem using hand-dyed green wool. The stem has a row of decorative stitching down the center. Across the bottom, I hand-stitched the word "Sunflower" and added a row of feather stitches around the border. I hand-stitched it together and stuffed it with wool snippets for a nice heavy, lumpy feel. Shipping is included in the price.
