I designed and hand-stitched this little mat to hang from one of our mustard boards. The board is painted Valley Forge Mustard and has been distressed to achieve a primitive look. The mat is made from hand-dyed linen and wool with a flannel back. The snowman holds a candy cane and has three wool buttons down the front. Around the edges, I added some decorative stitches and a few stars across the top using Valdani threads. The mat hangs from the board with a thread tie so you can easily switch it out for the seasons. The board measures 9" x 7" and the mat is 6" x 4". Shipping is included in the price.
