This snowflake, a Kathy Schmitz design, is stitched on a beautiful blue grey linen, with Valdani threads. The pincushion is firmly stuffed with shaped layers of cotton batting, and I’ve added wool to the sides, and the bottom. It fits snuggly into the wooden pincushion base, which is made by Sudberry House. There is a nice sized rim around the base which can hold your scissors and any of your sewing notions.
