Granny's 1871 Lye Soap is a multi-purpose soap that I hand mix in small batches using fresh tallow and lard, and no scent. It's the ultimate "survivalist" soap as it can be used to wash the skin, dishes, linens, even the dog! A softer, less voluminous lather due to the limited ingredients but this soap will clean beautifully and still leave skin soft.
