I used an old linen feedsack as the background, and the backing is a complementary upholstery fabric. Wool and cotton were used for the appliqued designs. The Flowers pillow measures 7" square, and the background is cotton with wool and cotton used for the appliqued designs. Outline primitive stitching is used for accent on this layered piece.
