I’ve stitched this prim elephant from plush felt, and aged him nice and dark for a perfect old time appearance. He has antique shoe button eyes and a stitched mouth. His legs are stitched in place and he has thread jointed arms. He’s dressed in his finest patriotic attire, a red stripe ticking vest trimmed with antique buttons. His hat is painted paper mache trimmed with painted wool stars and wool strip. He’s holding a patriotic cotton print pinwheel. He has a silver bell dangling from his neck by a strip of wool.
