One of my sons' boxes features a drawer at the bottom and a hinged lid on top, and comes with a mini wool and hand-dyed linen mat. The box has been painted and distressed in Soldier Blue and measures 10 x 9 1/2 x 9. The inside of the drawer measures 7 1/2 x 7 x 2 inches, and the box inside measures 8 x 8 x 5 inches. I designed and hand-stitched the little mat to go on top of the box. I used hand-dyed linen and wool for the sheep and Christmas tree design. It measures 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches. Around the edge, I stitched a blue wool trim and backed it with flannel. Shipping is included in the price.

I designed and hand-stitched this Christmas tree using French knot bulbs. The words Merry Christmas are hand-stitched around the tree. I used hand-dyed linen by Blackberry Primitives for the background, hand-dyed wool for the tree, and Valdani thread for the stitching. I added three heavy-duty magnets to the back of the mat to attach it to the 10" x 8" sifter frame. This makes it easy to switch out a design for every season. The mat measures 6" x 4" and is backed with flannel. Shipping is included in the price.

This is another snowman I designed and stitched on an hand-dyed Blackberry Primitives linen. The wool is all hand-dyed for a nice off white snowman with coal buttons, arms, a top hat with a sprig of holly berries. I hand-stitched the words "Let it Snow" on the top and bottom. It measures 10" x 4" with the wool trim on the top and bottom edges. I backed it with a nice small print dark mustard cotton fabric. It will arrive on one of our boards that has been painted mustard, distressed and stained. Shipping is included in the price.

It's not the Christmas season without creating a tree! I have made these many times, but not this large. It stands 16" tall and has the penny ornaments on both sides of the tree so that you can set it on a table! I stitched it entirely by hand. The star on top is a rusty tin. I have it secured in the clay pot with plaster so it won't fall over! I stuffed it with poly and wool snippets. The trunk is a dowel wrapped in woodlike wire.

I purchased these buttons from The Button Company, and they came with the sweet little tree design to stitch. I finished it on a piece of hand-dyed linen, backed it with a Christmas cotton fabric, and hung it on one of our New England Red boards. It hangs with a thread hanger and stays in place with a piece of velcro, so you can easily remove it for seasons. The stitched piece measures 4 1/4" x 7 1/2" and the board measures 6" x 10 1/2". A sweet little hand-stitched pillow measuring 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", which I designed. The snowman holds a candy cane and stands beside a pine tree appliqued onto a dark piece of hand-dyed linen.
