To add to your primitive patriotic decor, I have made two Eagle Pin Cushions on Paper Mache Boxes. Each little eagle is painted and antiqued with a little American Flag attached. The sit perfectly on their pin cushions made of quilt store fabric in barn red with added vintage button and rusty safety pin. The are firmly attached to their paper mache boxes. Little pantry boxes are painted inside and out, lightly distressed with and added 1776 ribbon. Inside you will find a sweet little bird's nest with a tiny little handmade egg.
