Made from a vintage piece of red velvet that I dyed a bit with coffee this sweet heart is reminiscent of bygone Valentine's Days. A piece of repro red print cotton backs the heart of velvet while 2 vintage mother-of-pearl buttons adorn the front. It makes a lovely pincushion as it is stuffed with wool homegrown in my state of Pennsylvania to keep your pins from rusting. The heart will also make a lovely addition to a bowl or basket. It measures 7 1/4 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches wide. This is the last of my red velvet so I cannot take orders. There are two available.
