I created this sweet little catch-all box using one of our distressed Chestnut matchboxes, measuring 6 1/2" x 4". The box is painted, sanded, and stained for a nice prim look. It only opens on one end. I used hand-dyed linen for the background and hand-dyed red wool for the hearts. They are stitched in place with straight stitches and French knots. In the center, I attached a sweet little 1" key and mounted it onto the box. Shipping is included in the price.
