I love creating the rolled wool strips called a quillie to make the perfect flower in mustard and brown! Three round shaped flowers with green hand-dyed wool for the stem and leaves.. They are attached to one of our New England Red boxes with a sliding lid. They are stitched in place with a tiny straight stitch. I used a piece of linen which has been darkened with a distresser ink for a nice prim look. The box measures 8" x 5" x 3". The finish is wrapped around a piece of foam board and glued to the box. Pictures appear lighter than the actual color. Shipping is included in the price and comes from a smoke free home!
