Just love this pattern from Cinnamon Creek Folkart. I have made Phoebe using linen fabric that has been gently anitiqued for a nice primitive look. She is wearing a skirt made from homespun fabric. Just in time for Mother's Day, I have made these sweet little mice on antique log cabin pincushions. Each Mouse is made with felted grey wool. I have needle felted their tummies and eyes. They are sitting on a pin cushion that I have made from an antique log cabin quilt with felted wool bottoms. I have firmly filled with crushed walnut shells to sharpen your needles. I have added a small amount of poly. I have added a vintage ribbon, antique hat pin, and a rusty safety pin wih mop buttons.I have embroidered cross stiches around the whole pin cushion in brown.
