Chesterfield mouse is one of my favorite patterns to make. These little guys have so much character. They are made with plush fabric. They have been firmly filled with wool. Just in time for the Holidays, I have made three Nicola Santas. They have been made with linen that has been gently antiqued. They have black bead for their eyes and real sheep's wool for their beards. I have made their coats with some of my own over dyed red coating fabric. Snowmen heads are made from linen that has been grunged with my special spice mixture. His nose has been painted orange and I have added a little snow and sparkle. He wears is favorite top hat also sprinkled with a little snow and sparkle. They each have a rusty jingle bell on their hats. I have made three snowmen heads. This is an old pattern, but still one of my favorites to make! Santa Ornies are made with linen that has been gently antiqued. I have needle sculpted their noses and embroidered their eyes. Santa ornie hats are painted barn red and gently distressed, then an added rusty bell. I have trimmed with a piece of felted wool. Their beards are needle sculpted with sheep's wool.
