This is a set of pincushions designed by Brenda Gervais. They’re stitched on linen with overdyed threads, and are all firmly stuffed with a mix of sawdust and crushed walnut shells. Each one has a tiny tomato fob attached that measures about 3/4” across, and is firmly stuffed with crushed walnut shells. The edges are all finished by hand with vintage dyed rickrack, and they have a few glass head pins. #3 has 11 vintage pearl buttons stiched on.
