***SOLD*** I had a request to do a commissioned holy family, and once I started my enthusiasm took over …lo and behold the sheep and baby lamb along with a stable joined the nativity scene. All pieces are my designs with the exception of the beautiful sheep and lamb that I love so much! That design comes from Hidden in the Attic. Manger and stable created with sticks from dyeing tree branches in our back yard. Stable is crafted from cardboard, then layers of paint. Stable folds for ease of storage. I worked many hours last year to learn the art of making the star atop the stable. Mary and Joseph are filled with crushed walnut shells in their lower body for stability in standing.
