This 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" paper mache oval box has been covered with very antique looking papers.I hand stamped the fabric ( Osnaburg ) in the pin cushion lid, using 3 stamps and 3 shades of brown archival ink. I sewed up a little bird and added Prairie grass.

This is a small cross stitched bird on a painted and distressed bread board. The piece measures 5" x 9" .
