The Bee design that I used for the top of this sweet drum is from a Prairie Schooler design. It’s stitched on 36 count linen with overdyed threads, and lightly stained to give it an aged look, and the sides and bottom are 2 coordinating Moda fabrics from their bee line. It’s firmly stuffed with a mix of sawdust, crushed walnut shells, and a bit of lavender giving it a nice soft scent. I’ve also added some glass head pins, and a few vintage buttons on the top. Measurements are 3 1/2” in diameter, and 3” tall, and the drum comes signed and dated, Travel fare is $8.00. Please click on the photo to see additional pictures.
