The design on this Huswife, “A Bee’s Blessing” by Threadwork Primitives, was cross stitched using overdyed silk threads on linen. I used a variety of reproduction cotton fabrics, and on the inside, there are 3 bone rings for your threads, and 2 pockets to hold your scissors, and other stitching extras. It folds and ties with vintage rayon ribbon, and on the back I’ve added a sweet bee charm. It is signed and dated, and measurements are 6 1/4”x11 1/2”, and when folded 6 1/4”x4”.
