Just in time for our patriotic holidays, I have made Patriotic Posies. I have punched using Valdani Threads. I have securely attached to a whale's tail hornbook. I have painted, sanded and added script paper that has been antiqued. The piece measures just over 10 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide. Parade Flag Punchneedle

Just in time for the upcoming Patriotic holidays, I have made Parade Flag. Flag is punched using all Valdani threads. I have backed with a coordinating fabric. The flag is tucked into an antique wooden spool bobbin. I have painted the spool, distressed, and antiqued for a nice primitive look. The whole piece measures 16 inches tall. Punch Needle...Uncle Sam #1 on antique oil can

Celebrating the 250th Anniversary of our founding, I am offering this Patriotic Uncle Sam on an Antique Oil Can #1....Uncle Sam is punched using a mixture of Valdani and DMC thread and measures about 4 1/4"H x 2 3/4"W. It is backed with a piece of barn red wool and stuffed with a natural cotton batting. A piece of the same wool is used as a tie on the neck of the oil can.
