In the hooking tradition of the early years, this rug is hooked with wool but there are a few strips of cotton tucked in. The combination of materials and colors create a nice hooked piece with a vintage look and would be an adorable hot pad for your Easter table casseroles. ***Wintertime*** My original design hooked for you this Christmas season! Hooked in primitive style with sumptuously rich hand dyed 100% wools. Designed & hooked by me in my little cottage which is pet and smoke free. Designed in honor of one of my favorite hens, who we affectionately called Miss Paisley. Measures 14.5" across for your favorite chair, table, or wall. Hooked onto premium primitive linen for years of durability yet to come. The edging sets off the design with a beautiful deep red wool with hints of primitive mustard that is sewn in place creating a unique scallop finish. Completely done by hand. Signed on the back. Gray days aren't easy to work with when trying to photograph inside so I'm sure you will find this rug even prettier when it arrives at your home. Shipping is included.

Woolly Stocking Ornament SOLD

Deck the halls with this woolly stocking ornament made from 100% wool in classic farmhouse white and blue. Nearly the coloring of an antique farm crock as the white and blue wool has shades of gray mixed in. This ornament was designed and hand punched by me for you! Three blue stripes, toe, and heel, and a wire hanger whimsically twisted onto a beautiful vintage button all lend a farmhouse cozy sentiment for a very merry Christmas. The stocking was worked all by hand. The back is covered in linen cloth and finished neatly. The edge is covered in a piece of wool fabric that is whipstitched on with cotton thread.
