The rug is made from 100% wool strips on a pure linen foundation cloth. It will outlast us all! A little sleeve has been added to the back in case you'd like to hang it from a small dowel rod. They are enjoying a midnight stroll under a quarter moon and starry sky of moody mixed primitive gray, green, and plum hand-dyed wools. The binding is set off by a series of cross stitches hand sewn in cotton thread. The rug measures 18.5 inches by 14 inches. A custom label signed by me, the maker, is attached to the back.
