A 6 1/2" x 3 1/2" framed appliqué of a slice of watermelon in hand-dyed wool. A lovely piece of Blackberry Primitive hand-dyed linen was used for the background, which complements the shades of red and green in the watermelon. The word "watermelon" is stitched alongside the slice with floss. The seeds are hand-stitched with a satin stitch. The frame is painted and distressed in our primitive brown color.
