This is my version of Uncle Sam with three golden stars. I made him using a mix of Valdani and DMC thread. There is also some dimensional punching involved in this design....faces are really hard to punch but adding depth is one trick to enhance the facial features! This pinkeep/pillow measures about 5 1/4" x 5 1/2" and has a piece of wonderful 100% wool backing sewn onto the reverse side. It has been filled with natural cotton.
